In most cases, yes. If you already own a domain, we can point it to your new website. You will need access to your domain registrar account (for example, GoDaddy) to update DNS settings, and we will guide you through it.

A CRM (customer relationship management system) is one organized place for your contacts, conversations, appointments, and sales opportunities. Instead of tracking leads across email, texts, and spreadsheets, you can see every customer and where they stand in one dashboard.

A standard automation workflow is one automated sequence triggered by a specific event, such as following up with a new lead, sending an appointment reminder, or requesting a review after a job. Launch includes one, Grow includes three total, and Scale includes five total. Highly custom or multi-system automations may be scoped separately.

Yes. You can start on any plan and move up when your business is ready, for example from Launch to Grow, or from Grow to Scale to add the AI assistant.

The AI assistant, included in the Scale plan, is a chat assistant on your website. It answers common questions using a knowledge base specific to your business, collects contact information, helps qualify potential customers, assists with appointment booking, and hands conversations to a person on your team when needed. You also get reporting on AI conversation activity.

No. The AI assistant included in the Scale plan works through chat on your website. AI phone answering is not included in current plans. Grow and Scale do include missed-call text-back, which automatically sends a text when you miss a call.

Plans include the tools to send email and SMS and, on Scale, to run the AI assistant. Messaging and AI usage are not unlimited. Usage allowances and any communication charges (such as SMS carrier fees) will be listed in the service terms before you subscribe.

You keep ownership of the domain you register and the business content you provide to us, such as your logo, photos, and text. Ownership terms for website design, code, and configured systems are being finalized and will be stated in the Terms of Service.
